Policies
- immunizations - A copy of your pets up to date rabies record is required during the consultation meeting.
- friendly? We need to know if your dog has ever bitten or can be aggressive.
- ID tags - All pets must wear indentification.
- no job sharing - We will not accept a job when clients friends or neighbors will be watching also.
- cats - Require a visit every 24 hrs.
- return home call - Please call at any time when you arrive home safely (please leave a message if after hours). Services will continue until we hear from you.
- key - Your key will not be left on our last visit in case you are delayed. Your key will always be safe - never left in a vehicle... it can remain on file or returned to you in person.
- cancellation - A 24 hr notice is required. Less then 24 hr notice is the fee for 30 min visit.
- office hours - Monday - Friday 7 - 5. please leave a message or email me.
